To be considered for a kitten, a completed application must be submitted and approved.
After we receive your application, we will schedule a video call via FaceTime or Google Meet. This allows us to get to know you, answer any questions, and ensure our kittens are placed in the best possible homes.
Once your application is approved, your name may be added to our approved waiting list.
Due to high demand, we require a $100 non-refundable waitlist deposit to join our approved waiting list. This helps prevent the list from filling with families who are not yet ready, ensuring spots remain available for those who are genuinely prepared to move forward.
The $100 waitlist deposit:
Confirms serious intent
Keeps our waitlist active, accurate, and manageable
Reserves your spot on the approved waiting list
Is fully applied toward the final purchase price of your kitten
Non-refundable does not mean non-transferable. If your timing changes, the waitlist deposit may be transferred to a future litter with communication.
When kittens reach approximately 4–6 weeks of age, reservation deposits will be accepted.
A $1,000 non-refundable reservation deposit is required within 3 days of the announcement to reserve your preferred kitten. This deposit is applied toward the final purchase price.
If needed, reservation deposits may be transferred to a future litter.
We reserve the right to decline or remove applications at any stage if we feel a placement is not the right fit for our kittens.
If this occurs and you have placed a deposit, your full deposit will be refunded.
Kittens go to their new homes no earlier than 14 weeks of age.
Around the 12-week mark, we will coordinate with you to schedule your pickup appointment.
You will have 2 weeks to arrange pickup. If you are unable to do so within that timeframe, a boarding fee of $50 per week may be added to the final purchase price at our discretion.
To protect the health and safety of our cats, kittens, and our family, we operate as a closed cattery. For this reason, we don’t allow visitors. However, pickup will occur at our home.
All of our kittens come with an additional contract through SpaySecure, a trusted partner that supports ethical and responsible breeding practices.
As part of this agreement, all kittens must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.
This requirement helps protect your kitten’s long-term health and ensures the integrity of our breeding program.
Our Maine Coon kittens are raised through our ethical breeding program with a focus on health and temperament.
